The Student Ministry of Edgewater Church exists because Jesus rescued and changed us from the inside out. God moved through our circumstances, relationships and life events to bring us to Himself. Everything about us changed when we met Jesus. It’s not that we’re just going to Heaven when we die – we’ve been invited into a movement that’s been happening since the beginning of time.

This mission involves the entire world (Acts 1:8).

When we are together, we are learning what it means to love each other, love the Lord, and give our lives as a ‘thank you’ for that moment in time when Jesus saved us. We owe everything to Him.

Edgewater Church is not about performance. To be real – we model growth and not perfection. Don’t mistake that statement for an idea that we’re not accountable or don’t care about becoming more like the Lord. That’s what life is all about. It just means that we strive to be people of GRACE and TRUTH. There has to be a balance, and we want to be right there – giving both. You can’t mess up bad enough for us not to love and care about you. At the same time, we want to help you defeat the giants in your life through the truth of God’s Word and the Help of His grace and kindness.
